By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Utah Website Pros related to your inquiry and service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Payment
For paid services, fees, billing cycles, and terms are set out in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you provide to us. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies, and grant you a license to use deliverables as described in your service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
