Services
Utah Website Pros provides website design, hosting, search optimization, and lead-generation services for businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid engagements are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Payment
For paid services, fees, billing cycles, and terms are set out in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you provide to us. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies, and grant you a license to use deliverables as described in your service agreement.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as stated in a signed service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a paid engagement at the end of any billing period with written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

The information, including phone numbers, obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
